Each knife in the Harakiri series offers excellent functionality. The paring knife is designed for peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables. The utility knife is ideal for quick chopping, preparing salads, making sandwiches, and slicing deli products.

The European chef’s knife and the santoku are intended for similar tasks but differ in design and cutting technique. Both can easily handle meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, and large ingredients. The chef’s knife features a curved cutting edge suitable for rocking motions, while the santoku has a straighter edge and a forward-balanced design, allowing cutting without lifting the tip from the board.

The nakiri resembles a thin, elegant cleaver and is perfect for quickly chopping herbs and efficiently slicing vegetables.

Each knife is manufactured using special technologies that help maintain the cutting edge’s sharpness for a long time.
