5. Prices and VAT

Prices displayed on SAMURA.com are inclusive of applicable VAT.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to obvious pricing or technical errors.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, but in exceptional cases an item may become unavailable after an order is submitted.

Where we cannot fulfil an ordered product, we will contact you and refund the applicable amount where necessary.

9. Shipping and delivery

SAMURA.com currently ships within the European Union only.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Our primary delivery partners are DPD and FedEx.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of €79 or more.

10. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers purchasing through SAMURA.com generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Where you return a product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law.

Where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, non-conforming or supplied incorrectly because of an error by SAMURA.com, SAMURA will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
