The 168 mm blade makes this knife ideal for a wide range of kitchen tasks. It is perfectly suited for slicing cheese, sausages, vegetables, as well as fresh (non-frozen) fish and meat fillets.

The double-sided convex grind ensures smooth, precise cutting and makes the knife exceptionally comfortable to use, even for fine and delicate slicing.

The blade is made from AUS-10 stainless steel, known for its high hardness, durability, and long-lasting sharpness. With a hardness of 58–60 HRC, it delivers reliable cutting performance over time.

The steel handle provides durability, hygiene, and a secure grip, complementing the knife’s modern and functional design.
