The blade is made from forged Damascus steel with 67 layers, providing strength, durability, and long-lasting sharpness. With a hardness of 60–61 HRC, it ensures consistent cutting performance and excellent edge retention.

The Santoku shape allows efficient handling of vegetables, meat, and fish, making it suitable for a wide range of kitchen tasks. Its balanced construction supports smooth and controlled cutting with minimal effort.

The handle is made from G-10, a high-pressure fiberglass composite that is resistant to moisture and designed for long-term durability. Its structure ensures a stable grip and reliable control during use.
