Diamond is one of the hardest known materials, allowing this stone to quickly sharpen steel knives and even restore ceramic blades.

The #360 grit side is suitable for aggressive material removal, repairing damaged edges, and correcting blade geometry. The #600 grit side is used for refining the edge and preparing it for further finishing.

This stone is ideal for restoring cutting performance, removing chips and defects, and re-establishing the correct sharpening angle. For a polished finish, it is recommended to use a finer grit stone after this stage.
