1. Where we ship

SAMURA.com currently accepts and ships orders to destinations within the European Union only.

We currently do not ship orders outside the European Union.

2. Delivery time

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

3. Shipping partners

Our primary delivery partners are:

• DPD
• FedEx

Another appropriate logistics provider may occasionally be used where necessary to fulfil an order.

4. Free shipping

SAMURA.com offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of €79 or more within eligible European Union destinations.

Any applicable shipping charge for orders below the free-shipping threshold will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. VAT

Prices displayed on SAMURA.com are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The final order amount will be displayed before checkout is completed.

6. Order processing and tracking

Orders are processed during normal business operations. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

7. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact support@samura.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfilment or has been transferred to the carrier.

8. Failed deliveries and unclaimed parcels

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, redirect the parcel to a collection point or return it to SAMURA.

Customers are responsible for following available tracking information and collecting parcels within the carrier's stated collection period.

Where an order is returned because it was not collected or because incorrect delivery details were provided, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

9. Damaged shipments

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs of the damaged item
• A short description of the issue

10. Lost shipments

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or you believe your parcel has been lost, contact support@samura.com .

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and provide further instructions.

11. Delivery delays

Although our normal delivery estimate is 2–5 business days, occasional delays may occur because of transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer delivery rights remain unaffected.
