Hakata

The Hakata is a Japanese-style all-purpose knife for slicing meat, fish and vegetables. This collection features the Samura Artefact Hakata knife: a 211 mm blade of 5-layer AUS-10 Damascus steel at 59–61 HRC, with a stonewash finish, double-bevel edge and stainless steel handle. Artefact blades are sharpened by hand, giving you one versatile knife for daily cooking.
