Warranty Defects

Samura Knives warrants to the original purchaser that our knives will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is valid only for knives purchased through the brand itself or an authorized Samura Knives distributor and a, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Samura Knives products are exclusively sold by authorized retailers who adhere to our quality control standards and policies. Samura Knives reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online platforms. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse, alterations to the product, negligence, or any use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

Defects

If your Samura Knife is found to be defective and qualifies for this limited warranty, Samura Knives will, at its discretion, provide a replacement of the same item whenever possible. In instances where the specific item is no longer available or out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable item of equal quality and value. Please be aware that Samura Knives retains the right to refuse replacements for items that are deemed undamaged due to normal wear and tear.
