This three-function mechanical device is intended for sharpening double sided knives, with a separate slot for each side & a scissors blades. First, a rough sharpening is performed (sharpener), followed by final polishing (polisher).
Instructions and arrows on the case indicate the correct direction of knife movement – it’s not possible to make a mistake.
The handle in the middle of the sharpener case allows you to comfortably secure it on the table during work. Please note: th sharpener is only intended for sharpening single layer knives!
Sharpener slot: HSS sharpener wheel. (The HSS sharpener wheel is a solid of steel wheel like a steel wheel blade. It’s can’t count it by grit.) Polisher slot: 220 grit.
